Submit the completed official tender document in a sealed envelope marked B/SM 125/26 to the 24-hour tender box at Stellenbosch Municipality, Town House Complex, Plein Street, before 12:00 SAST on 31 August 2026; electronic, telephone and fax submissions are not accepted.

Compulsory Microsoft Teams clarification meeting at 10:00; email address and cellphone number must reach Louwrens Van Schalkwyk by 10:00 on 10 August 2026, and failure to send details or attend is disqualifying.
